Taking the road less travelled: Cristina Lopes is a creative human-centered forward thinker, engineer and maker.
Cristina Lopes worked for 13 years in the paper industry, initially as a paper process engineer and later as a commodity manager. She was always driven and passionate about problem solving using a systematic and collaborative approach, while being careful about the details. Her thirst to learn new things led her to pivot and develop creative skills such as motion and type design. She began to make music too. Her wordart is a powerful and simple way to communicate complex ideas. Cristina is a forward-thinker with an independent and critical worldview, pushing perceptions beyond the status quo. She created the podcast The Board and Paper Talks that ultimately questions where we are collectively heading.
